The Subscribe + Save Program is an automatic renewal program offered on select RoC Skincare individual products. Members of our Subscribe + Save Program enjoy:

• The convenience of having your favorite products delivered to your door when you want.

* Discount not applicable on taxes.

• Visit the product page of your favorite RoC Skincare product(s) available on rocskincare.com.
• Select how often you would like to receive it (Every 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months).
• RoC Skincare applies a 10% discount to each individual item on every recurring order & ships the product to you free of charge

• Log in to your RoC Skincare account.
• Select ‘Manage Your Subscriptions’ within the ''My Account'' section.
• Click ‘Update Credit Card’ on the product you want to update your billing information. You will be asked to share your email. Once you receive the email, click on the update button, and update your credit card information. If you need assistance, please contact roc@rocskincare.com.

Orders under the Subscribe + Save Program ship for free.

• Log in to your RoC Skincare account.
• Select ‘Manage Your Subscriptions’ within the ''My Account'' section.
• Click ‘Update Shipping Address’ on the product you’d like to update your shipping information for. Then, fill in your new information and select ''Update''.

• Log in to your RoC Skincare account.
• Select ‘Subscribe + Save’ within the ''My Account'' section.

Orders under the Subscribe + Save Program will be charged to the payment method you provided within 1 to 3 business days of the order date and frequency selected. On your account page, you can change shipment dates and skip shipments. If you select any of these options, the subscription charge dates will be updated accordingly.

All future orders will be processed depending on the frequency you chose for your Subscribe + Save schedule.

For example, if you sign up for Subscribe + Save on January 1st to replenish every month, your next replenishment will ship on February 1st.

• Select ‘Subscribe + Save’ within the ''My Account'' section.
• Click ‘Edit’ or ''Pause'' on the product you would like to update your shipping information for, select the change you'd like to make, and then select ''Update.''

No. Each time the Subscribe + Save product ships, you will be charged the regular price of that product minus any benefits offered when you subscribed.

Log in to your RoC Skincare account. Select ‘Subscribe + Save’ within the ''My Account'' section. Click ‘Cancel’ on the product you would like to update your shipping information and then select ''Yes, Remove''.

Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with RoC Skincare's Refund & Return policy, and shipping charges may apply.
