Return Policy

For purchases from RoCSkincare.com, you can return new, unused products for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of delivery. RoC Skincare does not offer exchanges. For return items purchased on RoCskincare.com, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed by RoCSkincare.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage/defect.

Once RoC Skincare receives the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. 

We only accept returns for products purchased at RoCSkincare.com and not from any other retailers.
